Easy L Driving School respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book and pay for lessons, and how we use and protect it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your pick-up location and lesson details
- Payment records, such as the name and reference on your PayID payment or bank transfer
How we use it
We only use your information to book and run your lessons, take payment, and contact you about your bookings. We do not use it for anything else, we do not send marketing, and we never sell or share your details.
Payments
You pay us directly by PayID or bank transfer. We only see what your bank sends with the payment, such as your name and the reference, and we never ask for your card details. Our BSB and account number are only given over the phone.
Who we share it with
We don't share your details with anyone, except where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for your lessons and our records, and take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time.
